REF.: “Acquisition of ONE official vehicle” Sedan High Range (0 km)

                                 

Dear Sirs,

 

              According national regulations for contracting services, the Embassy of the Argentine Republic in Kuala Lumpur is in the process of purchasing  a Sedan High Range (0 km) (as technical specifications attached). in the form defined as Direct Contract by Simplified procedure. In this regard we would like to invite your esteemed company to submit a bid (quotation) for what is required.

                      

To this end, the relevant Bidding Terms and Conditions are attached hereto.

 

All bids could be submitted in a sealed envelope at our office, located at Suite 16.03, 16th floor, Menara Keck Seng, 203 Jalan Bukit Bintang,  55100 Kuala Lumpur, from Monday through Friday from 09.30 to 16.00 hours and no later than 16.00 hours on  Thursday 6th July, 20176.

 

In addition, bids may be sent by private courier or in person to our offices in Suite 16.03, 16th floor, Menara Keck Seng, 203 Jalan Bukit Bintang,  55100 Kuala Lumpur, provided they are delivered by the deadline established.

 

Finally, bids may also be sent by e-mail with the ONLY address at admin_emsia@mrecic.gov.ar before the deadline established. All bids will be kept sealed and secure until the time of opening. It is important that no other copies of the email be sent.

 

All bids received will be opened in a public meeting, in presence of the officers appointed to that end and of any person wishing to attend the meeting at 12.00 hours on Friday 7th, July in Suite 16.03, 16th floor, Menara Keck Seng, 203 Jalan Bukit Bintang, 55100 Kuala Lumpur.
