The Embassy of the Argentine Republic in Malaysia celebrated the 200th anniversary of its Independance with a reception at the Royal Selangor Polo Club in Kuala Lumpur.

More than 400 guests attended and watched a polo match in which Argentine and Malaysian players disputed the "Bicentennial Cup".

Argentine wines and traditional dishes were served.

After the speeches and National Anthems, there was a performance of a couple of tango dancers.
